Great deep tissue massage. Mustafa was great at finding out the reason why I was having shoulder pains, it was actually tightness in my neck muscle. Worked really hard at loosening up the tension and I had a much better range of movement by the end of the session. Would definitely recommend

I was struggling with neck and back problems and had been for a while. From my first appointment Mustafa made me feel at ease. He is knowledgeable and able to identify areas that need work on. He has also given me advice on my posture and how to improve this. Very professional at all times, but really friendly and genuine. It was all made so convenient as he travelled to my home to treat me. I would highly recommend him.

Mustafa has recently been helping me with neck and back issues. He is very intuitive and can identify the areas that cause the pain without me having to point them out. I had been suffering from a constant intense headache on my left side of my head/neck since having covid 7 months ago. I had tried everything but nothing had worked until I had my first physio appointment with Mustafa. After just two appointments I couldn't believe the turn around in my health. I now have a monthly appointment to help keep the headaches at bay.Mustafa provides a very professional, knowledgeable, friendly service and I would definetely recommend him for Physio.

Visited this clinic at the weekend for an ongoing sciatica problem off the back of a l4/l5 and l5/s1 herniated disc. Really good patient care and treatment, gave me some low impact exercises to work on strengthening the surrounding muscles, and an action plan for moving forward. I'm used to visiting physios and being told I need to be seen 4 times a week at the start but this was not the case. Looking forward to making improvements in my mobility. Thank you!
