06 Oct 23 at 1600hrs I entered the shop and as usual you are greeted with the roll of the eyes and a staff attitude of ''what does she want''. Purchased a blazer but was informed i could not order a school skirt. No customer relationship, clock watchers ready to pull down the shutters as soon as possible. Trust me if there were no schools this business would collapse easily. Suggest all there staff attend a customer politeness course.

I went back to the shop the same day with a broken zip but they said no proof of purchase no swop it was clearly labeled as there product. Wnkrs

I called into the Ellesmere Port shop initially but they didn't stock the uniform I wanted. Debbie the lady I spoke to was so helpful, she measured my grandson and gave me the size he needed for his blazer and directed me to the Chester shop. Again, I was met by Cass who dealt with me, she was very helpful.The service at both shops was excellent.

Visited there with my daughter for her uniforms. I noticed freindly staff with quality stuff. There is a click and collect out let with easy access with parking. I would categorise it as value for money.

Brilliant shop. While everyone has been in and out of lockdown this shop has remained open online to order, they're very efficient and friendly. The only thing I would say could do with a tweak is the way their website is set up,it could be easier to navigate but it's nothing major so the 5 stars apply.
