Time for You Domestic Cleaning Bath

Due to us having busy jobs and an even busier home with young kids, we finally decided to take the plunge and get some help with our cleaning. After speaking to Sarah we immediately knew we had made the right choice, and the service we have received since has been brilliant - making life a little less hectic!!

Time For You provides us with a weekly clean at my 4 bedroom family home, the cleaner (Scarlett) who comes each week is polite and a joy to have in my home, she is reliable, helpful and is happy to do whatever I need. The office team at Time For You are always available if I need any help or if my cleaner is on holiday. I can't recommend Time For You highly enough.

Time for You are a cleaners agency, not a cleaning company. They match you with cleaners and charge an hourly fee of £3.95 (13 weeks of 2hrs/week = £102.70/quarter paid upfront).The problem is that you don't get to vet your cleaner first, so the first one we had was a drama student from Bath Spa university who did such a poor job the house looked worse after she left. To Sarah's credit, she offered to refund the clean, but honestly things did not get better.After 8 weeks (3 cleans! Couldn't get 8 cleans done.), we were getting the service that we wanted so pulled out and requested a refund, since the management fees were not indicative of any management" that we could see.
