I needed a part ASAP for my washing machine. I rang up, they had the part in stock but it was currently out with their repair man. They went out of their way to meet me with the part I needed to get me up and running the very same day. Great service, helpful, genuine. I'll definitely be using them again.

Called them to fix the dishwasher. Go t a very honest answer after completely dismantaling and refixing the appliance. Paul, the mechanic, did a good job and also was honest about the condition of the appliance . Charges are reasonable to. Will definitely use their service again.

The engineer came out to us within a day of phoning. He spent about 30mins confirming the fault and gave us some good advice. If the part costs around half the price of a new dishwasher then it’s better to buy new as this repair would only be the first problem. They were prompt giving us the cost and sure enough it means we need a new dishwasher. They also told us that most dishwashers are only assembled in Europe and all the parts are manufactured in China so why pay for a name. Goodbye Bosch hello Beko.

Outstanding warrantee, repair carried out on our dryer. Outstanding, because of the high levels of communication , polite helpful staff and excellent attitude of repair engineer. Prompt and attentive follow up. Customer service isn't difficult, but sadly this company is a rare beast! Thank you
