Ordered a bumper plate bundle at a very reasonable price, but unfortunately one of the 15kg plates came damaged, the rest of the plates were pristine. This damaged definitely came from the carrier as the box was beaten up so contacted the customer support who quickly got back to me. Alex from Legion was more than happy to arrange a replacement and it was shipped out promptly. By far one of the best customer support I've dealt with and will be more than happy to buy from Legion Fitness Equipment again.

Recently purchased the Legion V2 Plate Loaded Multi-Functional Trainer with Smith Machine. Firstly, I would have to say that my final decision to buy was hugely influenced by the service, contact and communication of the team at Legion. They were attentive, responsive and courteous. I ended up messaging directly with Alex who came back with answers to any questions I had within very short time scales, at times immediately. He was very helpful and great to talk to.Ordering was simple and I received my rack within five days of ordering. I was thankful I opted for the lads to put together the rack when I saw the number of boxes that came out of the van! It took them a few hours and resulted in no stress for me and no extra bolts confusingly remaining post completion! The lads’ experience and expertise at putting the rack together was worth investing in. Meeting them in person reinforced my opinions that Legion customer service is spot. Both were polite, courteous and easy to speak to.In respect of the rack, it’s solid and of good quality. The smith and pulley systems run smoothly which was of importance to me. No bumping or juddering, just smooth motion throughout movement.Great piece of kit especially for the money. Yes you could buy a rack with much thicker tubing, but you’d be paying thousands and I couldn’t really see the practical benefits. This rack is more than solid, strong and steady enough for a home gym set up and would fair very well in a commercial gym. Highly recommend both the item and the service at Legion.

Thoroughly pleased with my purchase.I recently moved away from my personal trainer so adapting to working out from home and doing online courses meant I needed some kit. The guys at Legion were able to sort out exactly what I needed and I was able to get 'exdisplay' equipment at a reduced price, which was packaged and arrived looking brand new!Andy and Alex were both able to answer my additional queries via email quickly and got to put faces to the names when the both turned up to deliver the gear.Exactly the service you hope for when parting with a sizeable amount of money.

Alex and Andy were fab. Alex replied quickly to every single one of my questions (and there were many!) Super friendly and helpful. Really great service from these guys! Super friendly on the phone and in person too. The bumper plates and bar are great quality and the branding is really nicely done. I spent a lot of time researching rubber crumb bumpers and these are the best looking and best quality for their size that I've seen, at a fantastic price too. Pretty soon their kit offering is going to be competing with the biggest brands out there. I'll be returning for more kit and watching the business grow. Reliable, trustworthy and honest.

Recently brought a Dumbell set with rack and bench from Alex at legion fitness equipment and the whole service was 5-star. Quick response, very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordered on Saturday evening and Alex himself was here Sunday lunch time. He had it set up in no time and the quality backs up the service, we are over the moon and glad we stumbled across this local business. No need to look anywhere else.
