I read that booking the appointment for getting a passport is hit or miss (in my case I wasn't able to book for a particular date, but there was an offer of the queue" where you are being given a date that you accept or reject: overall it took a month or so for me from trying to register to the visit) but in the actual consulate everything went smoothly and nicely for me.Their process of letting people in is:- they book people for particular hours- as the queue outside progresses

Just returned from an appointment to renew my passport and must say that it was the easiest experience. Everyone at the facility from the security to the young lady that processed my application were polite, helpful and efficient. I was even an hour early for my appointment and was let it with no issues. Overall great service.

They just get paid for doing nothing. Their website is not working and if it is, it is not possible to get an appointment for passport renewal. How on earth is that possible in 2023? They know about the problem, and they do nothing about it. Incompetent administration. On the top of that, you are obliged by law to travel to and from Poland using Polish passport, otherwise you face problems from Polish border security, when crossing the border.

This place just reminds me why leaving Poland was best decision in my life booking the appointment is an absolute joke , and the workers inside classic stereotypical council workers very unhappy that they have to do any job , your work is not so hard You could smile and be helpful rather than being grumpy fussy prince hopefully i will never see You again as soon i will be able to get British passport. Thank You for reminding me how broken polish system is .

The place is super friendly and well organized. The only issue I had is the fact that it took me weeks to book an appointment - I was for about 5 weeks on a waiting list, after few unsucessful tries to book the appointment on their website. The website is really unfriendly for the user. The consulate itself and people there are fantastic!

impossible to get an appointment.signed up for the automatic queue, received email confirming I'm in the queue and than 3 weeks later that I am removed from queue because I didn't accept appointment, yet there was no email sent whatever about appointment being booked. terrible, and forget trying to call them...

I was preparing myself for the worst when I turned up after reading some of the reviews... Admittedly, getting there in August when I presume most people already need to have had their parrports sorted and in the morning, there wa snot much of a queue. The man at the door had a specific (Polish) sense of humour. But I came in 20 mint before my appointment and was let in straight away. Inside you get a ticket and queue again for a bit, but it's not really an issue. The actual applying for the new passport is super swift and everyone is really nice and polite.

Ask went very smoothly, take a ticket from the machine and wait for your number to be called.Note : if busy you may have to wait o outside of you are more than 15 mins early.

Very rude and unhelpful, starting from security guard who was making comments about me being a bad father because my son isn't fluent in polish and kept speaking polish to him even though he could clearly see he doesn't know what he is talking about. The whole system isn't working efficiently or properly. Spent days trying to book an appointment and when I finally got it confirmation wasn't send to my email, luckily I had a print screen, passport collection only possible at the specific time which is not official opening time.
