I have been learning pole and aerial hoop with Holly for the past 4 years and I love it! Holly is a brilliant teacher - friendly, encouraging and always makes classes fun. If anyone is considering try pole or aerial hoop I would definitely recommend Firefly Poles.

I’ve been attending Firefly pole studio on and off for 8 years now and it’s a fabulous place. Holly is a great instructor and kind. I’ve made some good friends over the years and had a lot of fun at social events with the pole studio. It’s a great place to learn the art of pole fitness and other aerial disciplines.

Firefly poles is just amazing, they’re so welcoming and accepting of everyone and their abilities, if you want to learn to pole dance, this is the best place to go, I would highly recommend!

If I could leave more stars I would, Holly, Selina and Sophie are amazing and patient teachers. If you are looking to try something new, pole fitness or arial hoop, then this is the place to go. It started as something that was taking me out of my comfort zone and has progressed into 8 years of fun.

Awesome exercise & this is the place to do it - Tuition is 1st class! Holly (A previous British champion) & her team are lovely, A dabble turned into years of fun, I gained strength, muscle tone, confidence and friends for life ❤ one of the best things I've done & always proud of it, not just a pole studio - so much more if you want it! :)
