Hi, garden themed mugs arrived beautifully packaged, so no damage or disappointment. Lovely quality and artwork even to the bonus motifs inside and on the bottom on the mugs. An appreciated detail. They will make tea much more enjoyable when weeding the borders!

While I'm writing this I'm sipping mint tea from one of my Rob and Andy mugs; I bought my first one six years ago and despite daily dishwasher cycles it looks (and feels) just as fresh and peppy as ever. I've just ordered 4 more so I can share the pleasure with friends and family. Lucky them!

My very favourite shop!!Since commissioning my own unique square & round china dinner/tea/coffee service with Rob & Andy some few years ago, I've purchased numerous beautiful items of china, glass terracotta. I use my beautiful dinner snd tea service every single day. It is really dishwasher friendly and the pattern has not altered one bit!My delectable glass champagne flutes, hand-painted terracotta patio pots and china platters and mugs are just exquisite.So if you're looking for something practical but special .... call them!

Amazing products and customer service! I placed an order on Friday before bank holiday weekend, and when I called on Tuesday to confirm if all my notes were taken under consideration, the glasses were already on the way (how amazing). Four different glasses were sent (as per request), and without invoice (as it was a gift). They even gift-wrapped them. Glasses arrived in perfect condition, and they're absolutely stunning! Everyone's charmed with their unique design (what a genius idea) and we hope that our friends will use them for years to come.

Absolutely loved the Champagne glasses I purchased as a gift, they were perfect and unique. I also wanted to mention how it was packaged no wasted plastic it's was all cardboard (but very safely wrapped), there was even a lovely personalised note inside. I would defiantly recommend this company and purchase from them again.
