Used Fair dogmother recently and she is so professional. Knows how to handle and care for my pet who can be very stressed with new people but made her feel safe and relaxed. Couldn't recommend Lily anymore. Will continue to use in the future.

Lily is so caring when grooming Mabel. If she thinks Mabel is too anxious or hot she will give her a break or adapt the groom. Mabel always comes out looking and smelling amazing and lily listens to my requests for how I want Mabels coat to look. Perfect that lily only grooms one dog at a time because Mabel is scared of a lot of noise and a busy environment.

My dog Lakota is blind and doesn't like to leave me. Lily is just so very lovely with him. She shows compassion, gets down to his level for a little chat. He comes out a gorgeous sweet smelling fluffy dog.Thank you Lily, keep up the good work.
