Asked me to go in after seeing photos of my hair as they would be able to get extensions giving me a time I'd be able to start at to be finished for to pick my daughter up. I turned up only halfway through finishing the lady before me so wouldn't have finished and then tried saying my hair was too short and would only be able to put them in part of my hair. Leaving underneath 1 side short and covering 1 side and the back (around a 3 inch thick section) leaving the top part of my hair at the original length. Would have looked silly

The hair quality is good and fair amount, but they don’t show prices directly. I went 2 months ago and bought some 22” extensions for 120, after a month I wanted to get them again. The surprise was they only had 18” and they were 140. Idk I just feel that that price was invented just for me at that time. It’s not fair

I bought a soap and asked specifically if it was the original as the ingredients in the soap if not original is very dangerous to the skin. The owner swears that she gets the soap directly from the company even when she knew that’s not true! Only for me to get home and try to use the soap, it didn’t lather well or have the orange scent of the original one and when I read up online, I discovered that I bought the fake! I was using this fake soap on my skin and she sold it for 7 pounds!!!My irritation is the fact that she lied she gets the soap directly from the company which makes her liable because she obviously lied! I’m so disappointed as I used to take her words very seriously ☹️

Made my hair there today after 3 failed attempts by 3 other salons .I was wowed .The service,pricing and ambiance are all top notch.Thanks Sheila and Nana

I have bought lots of hair for whole sale price with good discount. I also bought some African black soap which removed all the dark spots on my face and skin looks very smooth.

It's a Afro hair shop but it's owned by Asians, not Africans.Also, the staff are rude and condescending. I know a few people, myself included, who have had bad experiences in here! If you are looking for Afro hair products in Middlesbrough, I would recommend Bobby's shop on Clifton street, which is a 5 minute walk away

Very nice friendly place to buy your hair accessories and requirements. I have been shopping here for over 10 years it’s great.
