Honest and helpful when you get there. Keith was great through the whole process. My only issue is the website will overestimate your vehicle's value. They come up about 10% better than competitors, then upon inspection will knock 20% off the price given online as all similar services will do. Still a great experience in branch, fair price paid even after knocking the price down as to be expected and same day payment as promised. Would recommend for a quick sale.
