I would give 0 stars! I was advised to go to this garage as it was one that had the space to check my car through the AA. I was advised by the garage that the oil cap was slightly wonky, the reason for engine light to come on. I was charged an extortionate amount £55 plus VAT. I did ask the owner to he reasonable, and he said it took him an hour to find the cap in that position.It only takes a business to rip you off once and lose custom and trust. It takes a long time to build a reputation and 5 minutes to lose it!! Very peavedIf you were an expert, it took you an hour to find a simple mistake? if that had been the case. Yes, AA looked at the car, & you advised me, gave diagnosis, which I gave to you. You said, AA said not covered by the AA warranty. Therefore, you charged an extortionate amount. Yes, certified by AA under the warranty, but this was not covered!! If there are further issues, I will take it to a garage I trust. Only came to you as my usual garage did not have the space. Lesson learnt!
