Excellent service, found the (obsolete) parts and repaired my 30+year old watch in less than a week.Others had told me it was a lost cause.Reasonable pricing too, I won’t be going anywhere else .

I took my grandfather's 1911 presentation clock from the officers of the 5th Gurkha Rifles to The Watch Box .I had given up hope of restoring it but the years were wiped off it and the Westminster and Whittington chimes returned to full glory for a very reasonable fee. So many thanks for restoring good memories.

Extremely impressed with the service I received. I took an old Citizen Jump Hour watch to see if it could be repaired even though Citizen themselves had returned it to me saying it was obsolete and not supported. It took a while for the parts to be sourced but a few weeks later and it is working as new.

Very helpful and took just 5 minutes to repair the chime on a mantel clock, then & there without charge. Anotherrepair service offered to do the work within 12 months and charge me £300 for the privilege.

I have been a customer of Larry’s at The Watch box for nearly two years. During this time he has repaired , advised and refreshed everything from my German Cuckoo Clock to pricey Swiss timepieces. Service and skill level has been exemplary. A real “can do” attitude. Prices are a fraction of one would pay in New Bond Str. Turnaround time is days. I will not go anywhere else.

Recently took a couple of Casio GShock watches in to The Watch Box for new batteries.Fast turnaround, great value, always very friendly and professional.Will definitely visit again and no hesitation recommend The Watch Box to anyone!
