A great post orifice

Very friendly staff although I don't think the move to take out the dedicated Post Office counter was a good move.

Very unhelpful staff assistant telling me the post office is closed every Wednesday morning to do the accounting but it doesn’t say this on the website - it was 08:20. Couldn’t even tell me what time it would open or sell me 2 stamps!

Ordered a parcel from Amazon and received a message to say it was at this shop on Monday. Went to collect it and was told it wasn't there and to come back. I was shown from a distance an open parcel that I was sure was my item but told it had no name on it and they refused to check inside for me even though I told the older lady what would be in it.Went back today (5 days later) and was told it still wasn't there. I said it must be, so the man searched and I told him about the open parcel I had been shown. They found it in the plastic bin at the bottom it had my name on all along, opened. I won't be sending parcels here in future.

Always friendly and helpful staff. Very long opening hours which is very useful!

Very good service at the post office I use regularly for my business, I don’t drive so it’s handy for me being round the corner. Lovely friendly staff too
