Innospace is Manchester Metropolitan University's Business incubator. People who are not involved with the University can use the facility. It is due to move in February to a new site on Oxford Road. It is brilliant and is helping many entrepreneurs turn their ideas into reality. The cost of the facility is brilliant for a start up business. I would thoroughly recommend anyone who wants to start a business pop in and speak to someone in the team who will help.

I've worked at Innospace for over 3 years and never had any major issues at all. The space is ideal for small businesses looking to grow and share ideas with other interesting organizations. It also offers meeting rooms, a seminar room, access to cover all printing needs, great networking opportunities and and an overall laid back but professional working environment.The city centre location is superb for the cost of either hot-desking or having a private office. The communal areas are cleaned daily and the staff who run Innospace are all super friendly, work hard to solve any issues that come up and clearly care about improving the space on an ongoing basis.If you're a small business, there's honestly zero negatives about Innospace and you should definitely consider.

It offers storage, secure bike storage, a central manchester postal address, meeting rooms and access to the university libraries. A great start for an ambitious company
