Mark is a gent to deal with, very flexible and accommodating. All his team are very professional. I went to Mark to get some laminate flooring for one room in our house. Fast forward 2 years later and Ive had every single room in the house done from him - carpet, laminate, vinyl... great prices and great service.

We contacted Concept Carpets about matching a carpet we'd had laid a few years back in our hall which we now wanted up the stairs. The previous carpet store could no longer get the specific carpet as the range had been discontinued so suggested something close.Mark visited and took a sample scrap of the existing carpet confident he could find a match and sure enough under a different colour name and range he did! It's not just similar but the same, great knowledge!At the same time we also had some laminate laid in the bathroom, a small space and Mark helped advise on the unusual concrete the actual floor was constructed out of and what would be required underneath.The flooring came quickly and the fitters were arranged in no time, when they arrived the 2 chaps doing the work were the met polite workmen I've ever had in the house! Both jobs were fiddly, stairs with a corner and the tight bathroom but both were laid with little fuss and much efficiency.Marks knowledge and his fitters politeness really shone, it was great to work with a local company too and although neither flooring were in the cheaper end of the carpet spectrum the cost vs both our original carpet supplier a (with the wrong carpet!) and the national big boys was very competitive.I recommend Concept Carpets to everyone.

Went to Concept Carpets for almost all the rooms in our house including the living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Mark clearly has years of experience. He gave excellent advice and measured the rooms for us. All the fitters were very polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Terry in store is polite and spends time making sure you get the floor covering you want, he's helpful, and not pushy like some places. The fitters arrived early, and they clearly are experts. Our living room, stairs, hallway, and bedroom now look like a new home. Amazing!
