I’ve been using Jane for sports massages to help my running. She is great, my running times have improved as my muscles are nowhere near as tight as before. She also gives good advice about stretching, plus it’s such a lovely relaxing experience.

I am really enjoying connecting with Jane as her energy is very warm and welcoming. Her commitment to helping local businesses to thrive is really touching and has provided me with a lot of motivation and clarity. I’m excited for what’s to come. Great service!!

I have had monthly massages to help with whiplash, after physio - which helped a bit, it was a decision I made to try massage to alleviate the tight muscles, after the first session I felt such relief already, but went back for more because I deserve it!Recently after working from home, which involved a lot of sitting, Jane restarted post lockdown treatments and she really alleviated this back pain too.Jane is so friendly, assesses your posture, asks questions about how your life has been recently - which all add to your body's current stance.She also gives tips as to how you can help yourself.Jane is always very well presented and everything is clean and orderly. Jane is a great coach regarding my business. Given that I am not someone who is a digital native, I need guidance on how to market myself digitally, use online booking systems and become au fait with other technological advances and Jane has been very supportive with this aspect

I first found Jane when looking for a massage to help my constant headaches.She is lovely and so calm she instantly makes you feel calm in a world that was dash here, rush there, stress stress stress.Very welcoming and the massage was fab and I would of continued, but lockdown came.Before lockdown my daughter attended a session of EFT for everything she had been through associated with DV. From the first session she said how much it helped and really got a connection with Jane. Lockdown came, but as we ease back out my daughter has attended more sessions and the difference is amazing.
