Very bad service lately, they don't even look interested in serving you bring Hassan back!Customer is God but bit let down by this place.I am a customer of 7 years and a local.They will be losing my service along with some of my family members.Been closed last 1 week with no notice.

Quality trims all the time my guy Musti you know never fails to make me smile after a trim. The cuts are so nice man will turn you from zero to hero in no time.

I always have great service at moustache and gents, the guys there are very friendly and accommodating. However they are more often than not very busy and the wait for a cut is quite a while sometimes. Appointments can be made though.

I have used this barbers for quite a few years now and they always deliver a five star service. Although the waiting time can be lengthy, it's worth the wait as they spend such a long time on each customer, getting every detail. Great local barber.

Time wasters. Just spent an hour and a half waiting on a Saturday morning. When it comes to my turn some guy and his kid show up and apparently have an appointment so get to go ahead of me. I ask how long it's going to take. Answer: 'Not too long'. Bear in mind it had taken 1.5 hours to cut about 4/5 people's hair. They could have told me earlier that people had appointments so I could come back later, rather than waste my time on a Saturday morning. I walked out. Funnily enough someone else who left a review had the exact same experience. Don't waste your time here.

During Covid but after lockdown. I visited this place for my sons haircut... To my surprise I find that there is this young short Turkish fella I believe his a trainee, he told me to leave the place and leave a mobile number for an appointment bearing in mind the place is empty and no customers at the time.I then waited in the car outside with my son and he phones me within minutes to say please come in we are free!Ok now comes the crafty bit!After my sons haircut he adds 2.50£ extra for an appointment - something that was not required at all as the place was empty!I am leaving this review because I was a loyal and a regular customer and reason why I liked them because they give you a good trimHonestly guys just because you have a few customers lately doesnt mean you should earn few extra pounds by being crafty.I have tipped you more than what you tried to make off me on the day but being honest is the right way to do business.

It has very good employees and they are always smiling. It is an enterprise that knows no limits in service.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and wanted a certain barber to cut my hair and have a shave. After waiting for 1.5 hrs to get a hair cut and shave was told that there was someone who had an appointment that would be done before me! That's great for the customer that has the appointment. But not so good for me! Would have been good to be told this an hour earlier and I could of just carried on and come back another time! You guys really should notify customers of this when they come into your shop! Rather then letting them sit around for an hour and a half and then finding out when someone else goes ahead of them!
