I had Tony as my instructor and he was absolutely amazing! He was so positive and genuinely wanted me to succeed. All of the information he covered was was incredibly useful and really helped me to learn how to be safe on the road. I had a previous experience doing a CBT with a different company and I can say that RJH covers more information and is WAY better then other places you can find.

Highly professional outfit.THE place to go if you require complete training in how to handle a motorcycle and fully understand road awareness.Every instructor I had was superb. A great bunch of lads.I was a novice and they gave me confidence within an hour to ride a 650cc on the highway. They use a fantastic pad for Mod 1 slow & high speed training.Comes highly recommended.

After having a great experience with Nick for my CBT, it was the obvious choice to stick with the team at RJH for my full A licence.Over my course I have had lessons with Nick, Scott and Rob, and I can't fault any of them. They are all professional, supportive and excellent instructors. Anyone who is considering where to go for their bike licence, stick with these guys!Special mention to Graham for taking me to my module 2 test yesterday and calming my nerves.Thank you so much to the entire team at RJH!Kayleigh

Completed my CBT today (Geared) with Jay, Graham and a little bit of Scott.Being a complete beginner who's never ridden a motorbike, I was apprehensive and nervous. By the end of the day, I feel much more confident and knowledgeable in riding competently and safely on the road, really pleased with how it went. Thanks again for your time today, it was great!Edit - The review above was posted after the CBT, what follows is a review following the pass of both my Mod 1 and Mod 2 for a full A bike license. The training and advice your provided by the instructors at RJH is invaluable and indicative of the years of experience they have as motorbike instructors. As I'm not a car driver, I was at a disadvantage, lacking necessary roadcraft, specifically relating to motorbikes.RJH has taught me life-long skills for staying safe on the road.I'd especially like to thank Graham for his time and support, he's put me through CBT, mod 1 (pass 2nd time, which was completely my fault, by 1 kph! :D) and an extended mod 2 first time! (An aged transgression from my youth - Graham and Robert know), also took me on my first proper motorway session, which was really interesting, wind is a real consideration at those speeds. He already knows I think he's awesome and now the world does!Thank you Graham! Some advice for anyone thinking of doing there license, especially if your a car driver.Leave your ego at the door, listen to what you are being told and digest it into action. If you don't own your own bike as was my case, then buy more time with the school to build that experience.I cannot stress enough how valuable it is to have that voice in your ear on the radios to correct you during or after a mistake, something I'll miss to be honest, now it's all on me haha!If you really want to learn how to ride, properly, RJH will get you there, took me from zero to hero in just under a month and a half. You can't really select instructors, although you maybe able to workout a schedule with Robert for when a particular instructor is working, if you can, get Graham, not only will he make you laugh, he's excellent at what he does, got a full A license in minimal time to prove it!

Lives up to its name. Best bikeSchool in the northwest.I have recently and successfully completed my CBT and MOD 1 with RJH.I came from using a company in Blackburn previously West pennine who were pritty rude and condescending.I decided to switch to RJH and glad I did.Every instructor has been spot on. Really helpful, knowledgable and just sound guys. Can’t wait to get through myMOD2 and get on the road.RJH are more pricey than some. But worth every penny. Thank you.

Excellent time doing taster session with Roger and Scott. Both gave excellent instruction and were patient with my slower learning pace! Excellent advice from Roger on how to progress towards CBT if I want time to gain confidence. Will be back for more and would definitely recommend.Came back for a second taster. Had a great time with Tony, who really built my confidence and had me doing U turns and figure 8s in no time. Feel confident enough for the CBT now.

I can't recommend RJH enough. I had very little experience on a bike and have just completed their beginners combo course which took me all the way through my CBT to the big bike Module 1 and Module 2 test. I got through all that in 3 weeks and passed every test. Thats all down to the solid training from RJH. I felt confident going into every test. Scott and the lads are a great team. Get yourself booked in. I will be flying up to see them on my Gixxer soon!!!

TasterI did my CBT else where and didn't have a very good experience which really knocked my confidence. So I went for the beginner course and was taught by Jon who is an amazing instructor and gave me so much confidence. He was very knowledgeable and his great sense of humour made the 2 hours fly by and most importantly he was patient which is something a good instructor needs to have. If you're thinking about learning to ride a motorcycle definitely go to RJH Manchester.
