Debbie is skilled and attentive, she holds the therapeutic space so skill-fully that I fall asleep every time. Deeply relaxing and soothing, I really find the facial massage relaxing. Running after a structural reflexology session is the best feeling ever, makes you realise what your feet do for you. Highly recommend!

I'm 49 and in perimenopause so life is stressfull. I was looking for reflexology but booked a Facial Rejuvenation with Debbie in the hope it would help me relax. I'm not one for beauty treatments but the rejuvenation facial seemed more of a massage. WOW! It's 3 days later and I still feel a sense of calm and I'm sleeping better. Debbie was so welcoming and put me totally at ease from my first visit. She was a great listener, and seemed to really get what i was saying, even if i wasn't very good at communicating what i wanted. The reflexology sessions are so relaxing, and i really look forward to having them. I feel that the sessions, along with other things that i do, really contribute to me staying healthy and relaxed. I recently returned to Debbie for a 'Gua Sha' facial rejuvenation treatment that included reflexology foot massage. It was nothing short of transcendental! I was absolutely broken with burn-out and exhaustion, and this treatment was a balm to my weary soul. Debbie used a combination of different shaped Gua Sha crystals to smooth my face and neck, and used lovely products while massaging. I fell into a deep doze. The foot massage was incredible too. My skin has looked fresher and less haggard and dry ever since. She used eco face products from Evolve (among others) and they are sooooo nice. I will return again and again - 10 stars!!From a previous session in 2018: Debbie is an intuitive and extremely talented therapist. In particular, her reflexology is amazing. Her manner is calm, friendly and warm. I am dying to try out her Thai foot massage soon, which I don't think many UK practitioners specialise in. Debbie also does an amazing facial rejuvenation reflexology treatment which is incredibly revitalising. Lucky Bristolians!
