I moved into a flat that I rented in haste. The carpet stank of urine and was dirtier than I'd imagined which I learned on moving in. I was thrilled to find Zero Time Dry in Exeter. The urine stain and odour is eradicated. The carpet looks at least a shade lighter and I can walk barefooted without fear of catching some disease. True to name - everything was dry within minutes of cleaning which prevents mould and bacteria from growing in the underlay and carpet fibres. As if that weren't enough- you'll never meet two nicer people! Thank you G & J!

Fantastic service.Such lovely people to deal with, warm, accommodating and professional. The result on a carpet that I thought had seen the end of its days was transformational. It was an end of tenancy clean with heavy wear and thick grease running through it.The place was left clean and tidy and smelling fresh. Thank you!

I contacted Gaynor some time ago to get an idea of cost for cleaning carpets. Really responsive and we booked a date and time.We are so pleased with the results, we had considered we may want to change the carpets, but with a clean from Gaynor and Julian they are looking brand new - plenty of life left in them.Great experience and genuinely nice people to do business with.100% recommend them to anyone.
