Excellent service, ordered new washing machine through Euronics website. Tony Edens contacted me to confirm delivery date and approx time, arrived on time, disconnected old machine and took it away, installed new machine, Can not fault the efficient friendly service. Thank you.

Went in to purchase gas oven.Didn’t really know dimensions, or really what we needed.Alison was absolutely brilliant.Looked up for us there and then , nothing was too much trouble.Why does anyone use big companies when you get a family business that’s been trading years.Great professional friendly service, that delivers so much more than the big boys.Thank you Alison .

Had my oven installed today. Really efficient and quick service. I've never had to buy one of these before and the lady in the shop was lovely and friendly. She was really helpful and gave me great advise about what I might be after.The installation was really easy and when my gap was slightly to small he quickly and efficiently solved and fixed the problem.Would definitely recommend them over any of the larger chains. Their knowledge base and service level was second to none.

They knew their products and were helpful in that respect , bought 2 appliances paid for them arranged a delivery date, but two days before delivery date I was contacted and told cannot do that date can do the day before or the day after. That was no good for me as the plumber was coming on delivery date to do some work and plumb the appliances in. Had to take delivery the day before.Since then the after sales has been appalling I assume it is because I didn't have them to do the plumbing. Now every thing has been sorted

Ordered a single oven in the morning and it was delivered and fitted by the afternoon. The support by phone was excellent and the service engineer was an absolute gentleman. The product appears exactly what we were looking for!

I'd tried multiple 'big' companies who refused to deliver a washing machine to my second floor apartment. Although at an additional cost, both of the gentlemen who delivered my machine disconnected and removed my old machine and connected my new one. They were polite and friendly and I would recommend.

That’s why you use the smaller independent companies, not these stamp all over the little person shops like Curry’s. Alison who I dealt with was so helpful. I went in to buy a new dishwasher which she helped me with, when I told her the issue with my current dishwasher, which I bought around 4 years ago from them. A few clicks on the keyboard and a phone call later Alison finds out that the dishwasher I bought before has a 5 year warranty, which is still valid. So long story short, there coming to repair free of charge and I’ve saved £400 “Bonus”. Try doing that in Curry’s I know where that would go a new dishwasher with some kind of insurance you didn’t want and which is probably no use.Thanks again Alison

Super helpful staff (thanks Alison and David), competitively priced, knowledgeable and with free delivery the next day and at a time that suited me!I was informed about an extended guarantee option but not pressured, cajoled or otherwise badgered to get one! a vastly more pleasant experience than going to the big place on Triton Road and I'd rather support a local business.
