A small salon, handily located in the middle of John Lewis. The service really is excellent and of a higher standard than many others in town.I had a fantastic facial - luxurious and incredibly relaxing, they tailor the facial to your skin type and any concerns you have. Facial includes a short massage (including feet) so really is top-to-toe. As they use Clarins products, they are able to recommend accessible products for you to use afterwards, but absolutely no pressure to buy.I've just ordered a course of facials which should do me for the next year, I liked it so much!

I visited the Clarins counter in John Lewis, St James Quarter this afternoon to purchase a couple of items I use regularly. One of them is due to be discontinued, so the consultant Sarah took time to show me alternatives & explain which is most like my original product. Sarah (from Cork in Ireland) was fantastic, she’s a credit to Clarins and John Lewis. I will definitely be back.

Sent my mum for a facial the staff really looked after her she has a lot of health problems and everyone was so kind to her really makes all the difference. She loved her treatments said it was very luxurious so I’ve re booked her. The way people are treated is just as important as the actual treatment well done Clarins spa.

Superb treatments

I visited Clarins in John Lewis on Thursday with my mum. The staff (Amanda and Stacey) were very accommodating and had scheduled us in for the same time for our hot stone massages. Both of us had a lovely experience and I was even sent an email listing all the products used during my treatment. We hope to come back soon! - Mum says 'best massage she's ever had!'
