This is the 2nd aerial related job Joss has done for me and as before, showed up on time, did a clean job and made sure everything was working well. Better than the rest and will always recommend. He also gave 5 minutes of his time to talk through options on some networking cabling around the house which I may have him back for in the new year - knowing I'll get a proper job done. We called Joss midday on the 10th of January and he was with us within the hour. He knew immediately what was causing our reception problems- worn out splitters and amplifier - and replaced them on the spot. Result - perfect reception! Joss really knows his stuff and is very nice with it so we’ll definitely call him again should the need ever arise.

Excellent response and service, absolutely recommended.The TV signal at my mother's had been getting worse over a period of months but the final straw was the week before Christmas (no BBC!). Contacted LS Acorn using their website enquiry form on a Sunday evening. Joss replied within 10 mins. A couple of emails later and I had an appointment booked for Thursday morning.Joss didn't blindly do what was asked but provided the service needed. Quick, polite and came in under the original quote which is always good.Thank you!

Very friendly and professional. Very pleased with the work carried out and advise given, Joss also mounted my new TV on the wall after installing the aerial which was additional work which he was happy to do. Would definitely recommend.

Left a late night message on 22nd December not really holding out much hope for a pre Christmas visit. By 3 p.m. next day Joss had visited and sorted out the problem with my aerial. Really friendly service, 12 month guarantee on work done. Christmas TV sorted! Brilliant, would highly recommend this firm.
