Great experience. Popped my phone in to have the battery replaced on the way to visit family in Gillingham and was given a really good quote for the work and told that it would be ready in an hour. When I arrived to collect it and pay, the guy in the shop had my phone ready and I was in and out in a jiffy. Friendly and competent service. Good to know there’s a local shop for tech and device help and repair.

Aesthetically the place doesn't look great, definitely needs more care and attention paid to decor. The chap working there was polite, but ended up having to go back 3 days in a row, for a phone I bought and subsequently had to return, I was fairly frustrated by the 3rd day. Went to a different shop and immediately got what I needed without any problems!

Efficient and Fast service from Dorset Tech, dropped off my IPhone for a battery replacement with no appointment needed and an hour later it was fixed! I appreciate all your help with getting it sorted. Great price and service provided.Will definitely recommend to friends and family if they are ever in need.

Customer service not great. On taking my laptop in for repair on a Wednesday I was told it would be a day. I phoned on Saturday as hadn't heard anything and spoke to a different man. I got an email later that day to say there was a delay in starting as he'd been busy and it would be ready Tuesday. On Tuesday I had a text to say it would be ready Wednesday or Thursday as he had a day off sick.I had a text on Thursday to say it was ready and picked it up at 10am but there was a problem, I phoned up straight away and spoke to a lady who said she would get him to phone me ASAP. After 4.5 hours I went back down to the shop. I was told the mouse pad not working was a common fault with my make of laptop but I said it was fine before, to which he then admitted yes it was working before when he tested it! Left it there a couple hours and was sorted. The problem was fixed and I'm happy but updating customers and some apology of it taking so long would've been appreciated rather than me having to chase up when it would be ready to collect.

Replaced battery in phone, had to order in. Arrived on time as promised, friendly and pleasant service. Will use again

We couldn’t access our son’s laptop as he had forgotten his password. The guys were able to sort the issue and now the laptop is working. Dorset Tech solved the problem in less than 24 hours. Great job. Thank you.
