I went in to have 2 new batteries and taking some links out, The owner was really helpful and honest. 1 watch didn’t need a battery but repair and gave real good advice on next steps and honest recommendations what to do. Within 40 mins my watch was done, thank you will definitely use them again!

Such a great and pleasant experience. Dilpesh was just so lovely and honest. Felt very welcome and at ease. Had a great chat and it was nice to learn about the history of the shop too. Excellent service, needed my wedding ring cutting off because of swelling after my second baby. The Jeweller was friendly, knowledgeable and gave aftercare advice. He was very careful and managed to remove my ring without causing any damage to the diamonds at the front of the ring. I will be returning in a few weeks to have my rings enlarged.

When I discovered a missing stone in my gold ring, I entrusted them with the repair, and they executed it with precision and care. All the way from Florida and I truly found a gem of a store - pun intended!! Bought some beautiful jewelry to take back home and they altered my mothers watch for free. Excellent service and a pleasant experience. I’m sure we will be back.

Dilpesh is a wonderful jeweler, very honest and very kind. I'd come over from Arizona USA to visit family in Leicester and we went to pick up my boyfriend's mother's watch. Dilpesh had changed the battery for a very reasonable, flat fee of less than £9. I had realized the morning that I couldn't get my pendant on my new chain as the clasp was too big. Dilpesh fixed it for me on the house and we had a lovely and brief chat. I highly reccomend this business
