Bupa Dental Care Neath

My first point of contact was with Katie, she was very empathetic and took the time to alleviate my stress. Katie went above and beyond to help me and booked me in for the earliest possible appointment. Knowing my eagerness to be seen, a few days later I was contacted and offered a cancellation. My experience face to face was just as good, reception staff friendly and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse were caring and put my mind at ease by talking me through a treatment plan. Very pleased with service I have received.

A few vists and a 5 star experience each time, here's a breakdown of each visist:1. Had an emergency extraction short notice conducted by Rashmi. She has since left the practice but I wish her all in the best in future.2. Tooth extraction conducted by Aziz (Triple A), excellent service. He's very straight to the point but in a highly professional manner. He also does my routine checkups.3. Scale and Polish hygiene visit conducted by Julija. Amazing friendly and professional service. Book in for a 6 month visit.Overall the dental care is fantastic. I signed up to the Bupa Monthly Care based on my experiences here alone as I trust the entire team from the front of house to each practitioner.

Avoid.. take money without providing the service. Dentist is always running late or cancels the day before. They’re more concerned about getting money from you.

Best care I've ever had from a dental practice. They are fully deserving of the five stars I have just given them.Went back there yesterday afternoon. They just got even better. Mark is outstanding!Update:-The dental surgeon currently seeing (Owen) exceeds my wildest expectations. Drilling for almost half an hour ... and not even a tinge of pain. Absolutely excellent workmanship.

I actually can’t find fault with this practice. I’ve spent my whole life being terrified of dentists and because of this my oral health has suffered.My dentist is the most approachable and patient dentist I’ve ever met. He talks me through any procedures (because I came here with a debilitating fear of dentists/dental appointments) and provides me with knowledge that I can put into practice at home. My teeth aren’t great but they are much better than when I arrived. I’ve been with the practice for 5 years now and I won’t be going anywhere else (unless the dentist does).The team on the desk are also outstanding! Professional, polite and accommodating.

Very happy with our visit today. Angelo was friendly and professional, explaining everything thoroughly and with care. Our appointments were all on time, no waiting for ages in a waiting room. The reception staff were friendly and helped with our query about the Smiles plan. Overall, we’re very happy to have moved to Bupa. Everyone we dealt with treated us with kindness and care. 5 stars.

Been with this particular Dental Practice since 1977 and have had no problem whatsoever with them until this week I have rang them constantly since Tuesday 27th as I have a very loose tooth and is causing me terrible pain, haven't slept properly for last four nights but been unable to have emergency appointment with them because of no Dentist being available. On Thursday 29th was told that no Dentist would be on site on Friday 30th so told to ring out of hours 111, or I could travel to Caerphilly for treatment. I think this is a terrible way to treat a 79 year old patient who has been a patient at this practice for all these years

Stay away. They just take your money but provide no service!I contacted them to have a white filling done as my old filling had failed and I indicated this clearly to the receptionist. First the dentist was 30mins late and said they don't do white fillings on emergency appointments (?) I was rescheduled to come back later in the day so travelled back (at this time I had spent 2hrs of driving back and forth The dentist took an xray and said he wasn't able to do a white filling due to the location. First, why the xray wasn't taken on the first time when I came over? At this point I had waisted 2hrs of travelling and 2appointment slots because of their errors. I sent the xray to another dentist and they said the location was not an issue for white filling. Bupa dentist did not even mention or offer alternative options (ceramic filling etc even though I said I am happy to pay as long as its a white filling) Appalling service!
