Just rude. Took a part off that didn't need replacing. Didn't do the job but didn't put the old part back on either. My son had to fetch it back with the bolts missing. Oh and that no good" part was put back on my car and is working. The Boss is not a friendly or welcoming person. Don't recommend."

Called because a heat shield had come loose from bottom of my engine bay. They were busy but said they would take a look.He saw what was wrong and fixed it right away and didn't charge me even though he was working on it for a few minutes.Highly recommend. It's not just me, a family member has been using him for a few years now and always golden service and honesty.

We are based in Warrington, Cheshire and we had to have some repairs carried out for a customer who is located 125 miles away from us, instances like this require a lot of honesty, transparency and value for money. With Duston Autocentre we received not only honest diagnosis but also transparency in pricing and first class customer service. Big shout out to Tracey who was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a person and company who deals with repairs to vehicles on a very frequent basis we would highly recommend Duston Autocentre.

This garage great fitted me in even though they were really busy they diagnosed it as track rod end and fixed it at a very reasonable cost . I have used them before and have always found them very helpful this meant a lot as my husband is disabled and the car is essential to me. Highly recommended its always nice to know you're not getting ripped off as well ..
