Parker & Crowther Vets, Daleside

I take my two dogs to Parker & Crowther in Birkdale and always feel my dogs are in very good hands! The staff are lovely very knowledgeable. One of my dogs has just had surgery on his paw and they kept me up to date all the time he was there. I wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else!

3 csts all had injections and health check. Great service. Wonderful staff.Brilliant. Offered good advice and help whilst waiting for the appointment, was seen early morning, had 2 consults, xrays and treatment all in a few hours. Professional polite empathetic. Thank you

Fantastic vets!!! No faults just praise .The system works.. text messages reminding you of appointments etc and the young man ( Polish man who's name escapes me ) is the best vet I've ever had look after my dogs !!Well done to everyone and thank you all!!

We have King Charles which we adopted 2yrs ago because his owner died. We've never had a dog so it we needed a lot of advice and help.The Vets and Staff at Parker and Crowther were a tremendous help to us and we can't thank them enough. We took Flash when he was five he's seven now.He went yesterday, they always attend to him extremely well and we always feel reassured.He was very overweight when we adopted him they helped us with all advice and he looks like a different dog now. We love him so much,

They were able to fit me in within a couple of days as I was worried about the lumps on my dogs chest. They are extremely caring and put me at my ease. The staff are brilliant as well.

Due to a house move, I also needed to change my chosen veterinary practice. I chose Daleside as one of the vets from my previous chosen practice had moved to Daleside. (Mr Ian Foster, a superb surgeon who I had consulted with for over two decades) I have received a fabulous service here. The reception staff are warm and pay close attention to your initial phone call and are extremely helpful, especially in an emergency. On arrival at the surgery, the staff /nurses/vets are warm, welcoming and friendly.Also, when it is one of the more heartbreaking visits, you are treated with such gentle compassion and kindness and given as much time as you need to cope.There are two separate waiting areas, ideal if you have a nervous/agitated animal. The entire environment is warm and calm for both client and pet. An all round excellent Veterinary service.

Been using P&C for my cats for well over 20 years. Always friendly and professional. I can always get an appointment when needed, which may be at one of their other branches especially if it’s a weekend emergency but the service is consistent throughout. I highly recommend them.

This was our first visit to the practice, Laura the vet was really kind, gentle and reassuring with Toby, he’s a nervous cat at the vets but today id never seen him so calm with a vet before.I think because Laura was really confident in the way she handled him even though I’d said he could be “scratchy” when stressed she used his name all the time …. And told him what a gorgeous boy he was!Fantastic visit

Friendly vets - always makes our cat feel comfortable and she is checked over thoroughly every time we visit. Well worth joining the monthly plan to cover annual vaccinations and 3 monthly flee and worm treatments to help keep her healthy.
