Carter Thorne have been our contractor at The Fitness Zone in Reigate for many years and their service and products are excellent.Over recent years they have laid carpets. Refitted the changing room floors with anti slip vinyl and put wooden flooring in the gym.In December 2017 whilst we were closed they went out of their way to improve the health club further by fitting wooden flooring to our reception and reception lounge.Russell and John were so helpful.From Dan and all the staff at The Fitness Zone.Thank you

I cannot recommend Carter Thorne Carpets in Horley enough! Phil was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Needed to replace lounge carpet in the middle of selling apartment and they sorted it in 6 working days for us. Phil even came to our home and showed us carpet samples as we were unable to go to the shop. Adam who met me at the apartment to measure up and quote could not have been more helpful either. The carpet fitters arrived promptly, respected the property and the neighbours at the apartment block. They worked so quickly and efficiently, taking all the rubbish with them when finished. They replaced the bathroom carpet with an off cut of the new carpet and used a good piece of the old for inside a cupboard. Really lovely young professionals. I would highly recommend using them for any of your carpeting needs.Julie Hickey

Honest review:The guys seem really friendly and came to give a quote at short notice. Very keen to get the job done but when the quote came, it had the cheapest version of karndean on it. We luckily checked price codes online. When I mentioned this to the owner, he did change the quote and it was significantly higher! Which is again fine but they had no samples to show.In the meantime, we got quote from another company who could do the work straight away and their quote was competitive. This all happened so quickly that when CTC flooring guy came to drop off ( without any prior notification) the samples, we told them that we have already placed the order and apologised. The owner then called me and left very rude message! Then sent me emails that are hard to describe! Just because we didn’t place an order with them she pointed out that they tried to sell us the cheapest version of kardean flooring when we were very clear we wanted vangogh or slightly better. He asked me to apologise !! God knows why!! I will highly recommend anyone contacting them that be clear on what you want out of them, if you change your mind, they are most horrible!! That is before you have even placed an order. Who knows what they will do after an order is placed! Apalling behaviour!!

I needed a lounge carpet fitted urgently prior to a house move. Carter Thorne had a good selection - picked one and the guy agreed to fit on a Sunday. He turned up on time, worked quickly and fitted the carpet to an excellent standard. Took the old carpet away and disposed of it. Work done very quickly and I would definitely use again. Very good price too. Highly recommended.

I Have progressive MS so needed the shop to come out and measure up. They did this and suggested glueing underlay and carpet down as I am getting a wheel chair. Also sold the carpet and fitted VAT free because of my disability. Turned up on Time for installation which was completed in a professional manner. Cleaned up afterwards fantastic price and device. Support your local shops!!

I have had Amtico flooring in the lounge, dining room and hall fitted. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Phil measured up and was very patient with me In the shop. When it came to fitting, Alex was professional, polite, friendly and his work I am very happy with, he has done an amazing job and it looks fantastic. . I would highly recommend

Amazing service. Quick reliable and such a depth of knowledge about all the products we looked at! Turn around time in 3 weeks (which in covid times is pretty incredible) and fitter turned up early worked straight through and got 2 sets of stairs and a bedroom done while the kids were at school. Best of all they removed all the old carpet and packing and hoovered up all the little fluffy bits left around the house.
