Amazing staff I was so happy with my eyelashes the best I have ever had done

The Coco team are so professional and deliver on their services every time. They are also such lovely people and make you feel so comfortable, I would t go anywhere else!

Staff are always friendly, and the best manicure, in my view in Chelmsford, plenty of nail coloures to choose from. Would not go anywhere else. Staff appeared well trained and always look professional.

Been going to the salon for years. The staff are all great and really friendly.Had a variety of treatments and they’ve all been brilliant.Loads of parking which makes it a really convenient place to go.Always recommend to my friends if they want something done.Without doubt 5 stars!

I booked as a last minute treat after work and what was excitement soon turned to disappointment. I normally go to London Grace but chose to go here as it is on the way home from work and my mum said she had a lady who was very good. Eloise didn't speak at all which I didn't mind but she didn't ask if I liked the shape of my nails. The massage was OK and the gel finish was one of the worst I've had. For £38 this isn't the cheapest pedicure I've had. Before I left I did say something and she fixed a few of the toes but it's nothing special, I've never had a pedicure before where they've had to get a small brush out to get close to the edges. I wouldn't return.*after posting this review the owner of the salon got in contact with me and offered me a free treatment. I asked to have my pedicire redone and the quality of the service was so much better. My pedicure looks great now and I'm really happy with it.

I've been a regular customer of CoCo Beauty for around 6 years now and would not go anywhere else. For my wedding, I had a number of services and all were amazing and exactly what I wanted. Jenny and Kayleigh are so friend, accommodating and talented beauticians.I have classic eyelash extensions and eyebrow wax and tinit - which are both always subtle and natural. I also have my waxing done with Kayleigh, she always makes me feel at comfortable, which is such a huge part of having an intimate wax.They even offer a home service for weddings, which I immediately took up. Having Kayleigh and Jenny come round and give 6 of us manicures and pedicures the night before my wedding was a really lovely thing to do. It took the stress of my bridesmaid and was a treat for us to have a little pamper at home without the stress of travelling. What a great service and of course the results were amazing.
