Absolutely horrendous customer service. Staff were rude and not helpful at all. You’re better off shopping online. Never again will I go to this quiz store. From when we stepped into the store staff looked at us up and down with disgust.

Horrendous visit. Me and my friends went in to try clothing on to buy for a dinner and was rudely assumed we weren’t paying customer because of our age and got ushered out by staff after shouting at us to get dressed faster overall would not recommend this store unless you would like to be degraded absolutely disgusting and appalling

Don't think I've ever seen such a bad attitude nor have I been treated so disrespectfully by staff working in retail. If there was an option to give a negative star rating I'd give the biggest negative rating possible.Twice in the last three days I've tried to return a dress to Brighton's store, only to find it closed earlier than what is advertised on their website.On Saturday (15 April 2023), Quiz clothing's website stated the shop is open until 19:00, got there around 18:00 to find it was already shut. The bodyguard said they closed before 18:00 today and never stay open till 19:00 on Saturdays.Today, I attempted to speak to a person in said store (posted contact number online), the phone rang and rang, and rang...after what felt like a very long time someone just picked the receiver and put it straight back.After I finished work, travelled for more than 40 minutes, thought I made it as it was about 10 minutes before 18:00 only to be faced with the shutters all the way down. There were two people who spoke over one another, shouting similar things along the lines the store is closed

Rude employees. Nothing special in store

Went in with my friends to try on and buy clothes (we are teenage girls looking for prom and other events) extremely rude staff assumes we were not going to buy anything based on our age and gets SHOUTED at by staff to hurry up becasue “paying customers” were waiting (there were ne people waiting). Absolutely horrified to be judged based on my age and ushered out the changing rooms when I was half dressed!

Came in the store and was helped by a lovely older woman with blonde hair she was amazing I planned a date night with my wife and decided to surprise her with an outfit had no idea what I was doing and she went above and beyond to help and make sure my wife would be happy she showed me what all the women are wearing and what’s fashionable and all I can say is my wife was over the moon and loved her outfit many brownie points for me so thank you so much for all your help will defo be returning and my wife now wants a visit too hopefully she’s workingThank you again

Rude staff, doesn't have the experience how to deal with customers, they Don't help you if needed, especially the supervisor, who should be nice and helpful she is rude and not qualified at all.

Most definitely the worst store I’ve ever been to. We went in expecting to pay well over a few hundred pounds since we were all buying dresses for an ocassion coming up. My 5 year old sister walked by a necklace that she wanted to buy and my mom said yes so my sister put it in her bag. She’s 5 and she’s a kid she didn’t know any better. We later get surrounded by security accusing us of stealing this obviously got us really upset because none of us had even known It was in my sisters bag. My sister reached into her bag and grabbed the necklace at that very same moment and gave it back. We apologised and security left so we continued our shopping. Once we went over to checkout and buy the clothes we were accused of stealing yet another necklace (which was later found meaning we did NOT have it) even though it was found they still kicked us out of the store and never allowed us back in. We apologised for my sisters wrong doing and gave back the necklace and were told it was okay yet we didn’t even get to buy the things we needed? I’m 100% sure this wouldn’t of happened if it weren’t for my mom wearing her headscarf. This was a complete act of racism and we even heard them talking about us. Overall absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely never be coming back no matter what
