We were informed on all the arrangements at every stage and guided through everything.Paul was very kind and understanding, he took the pressure off arranging our mother's funeral. He provided us with excellent advice, nothing was too much trouble, he sorted everything for us to the smallest detail.We could have not wished for a better service than we received from Vaughan Bros.We would recommend the company to anyone in their time of need as Paul gives such a personal level of service and makes you feel at ease.

When my sister, Gaynor passed away it was the first funeral I had to arrange. Paul was so professional, caring and compassionate. What really stuck with me though is the aftercare he gave my mother. He would pop round and check how she was. That aftercare later extended to me when my mother passed away. Sadly, I've been to many more funerals since my sister's and at some point I always compare the undertakers to Paul. Without a doubt Vaughan Bros always comes out on top and I will always be grateful to Paul for supporting me through a very emotional period.
