Apple Norwich

I'm not a fan of apple products myself, but was going on to buy an item for someone else.Store is a nice layout, was easy for me to find what I wanted. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Popped in with family to look at covers for a MacBook, wanted to see if available in a bigger size. No staff available or stood talking / on phones. No visible place for a customer to go to make it obvious a sale is possible if service is given. We spoke to 3 members of staff. No assistance came. Lost sale, noted the product, will buy elsewhere .

I bought I pad pro 11 in February 2023 still under warranty plus apple care I have an issue with iPod I took a Apple Store Norwich unbelievable, rubbish service, they didn’t fix no replacement just give me number to call apple care I spoke with the store manager he band me in store they just trick people in Norwich store. No recommend it at all.

Appalling Service from staff, I appreciate the store was busy at 12:30hrs due to the launch of the iPhone 15, as I myself was there to buy one! After 30min in the store observing staff mainly talking to each members of staff not customers! I eventually chased down a member of staff who lied to my face stating “I’m dealing with a customer” even though I watched his customer walk out the store and watched the member of staff get his own phone out of his pocket and was on that!Anyway still trying to purchase a new phone now 13:00hrs told they had sold out!!! Really Apple you should be to gauge your sales better than that absolutely ridiculous.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They take time to explain everything to you.

Really good service provided from the knowledgeable staff working here.Had a couple of issues with my iPhone 13, brought it in for a service repair and the staff here were super helpful and dealt with the issues no problem. They even gave me a free screen protector for a slightly longer than normal wait time.Would definitely recommend!

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - UNHELPFUL STAFFMy wife has an Apple Prox 12 Max I phone, just over 2 years old. In perfect working order, up date request came through the other day from Apple to update to IOS 17.0.3 which she did, phone then left to charge over night, only to find next morning, the phone was totally blank and would not switch on. Phone now totally unusable. Took to Apple Store in Norwich, very unhelpful, said they did not know what was wrong with it but it would cost £512 to repair, argued it was working perfectly until I did their requested update, but they still wanted to charge me £512. What a rip off, very unhelpful and unprofessional staff, including the Manager. Would not recommend at all, they just try to rip you off. Go to John Lewis, you get a 2 year guarantee there and they are very helpful.

Travelled 46 miles by bus to get my iPhone 12 repaired under warranty. The staff pulled out all the stops by getting my repair completed in super quick time so I wouldn’t miss the last bus home. Meant a lot to me.
