Great advice on valuing jewellery for insurance purposes. They didn’t let me submit items that were of questionable value, so that saved unnecessary expense.I used to walk past because I thought it would be a bit stuffy and expensive, but they’re all down to earth and friendly people - yet they really know their stuff, and I think what they sell is good quality and not over priced for what it is.

Great experience in store buying our wedding rings - all of the staff were really helpful, especially Sarah who was excellent and gave us great advice and recommendations to help with our choices. She was lovely and really made the experience for us. I look forward to returning to the store for future purchases.

I recently visited Reid & Sons in Newcastle upon Tyne with my Father and Daughter for him to purchase her a 21st Birthday Present, the staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, a purchase of pearls was made and I left my pearls to be restrung. Nothing was a problem and the whole experience was what it should be when you visit a beautiful jewellery store.
