Phoned workshop and spoke with Steve. Asked if he could have a quick look at my new E-bike with bricked" Shimano STEPS EP8 motor system following a failed update. Brought the bike down to the shop in Chesterfield and the workshop team resolved the issue while I waited.Excellent customer service. Offered further tech advice.Highly recommended. Thanks Steve."

Best bike shop I've ever used and I've used alot. Dean is hand down the best person I've ever dealt with. I wish I had came here years ago. He's such an asset to the business and his team are outstanding and super responsive. I'd highly recommend using this shop.

Really good experience. Thought I'd done something terminal to my front wheel. Seen immediately, confirmed all was well but I'd misunderstood the structure. Importantly for a specialist store (not just bikes) they didn't talk to me like I was an idiot. Good local company who I've known and used for 50 years.

I grew up around here and riding bikes so I've been coming here for a good 30 years on and off or so even if it's just to borrow a tool while on a ride as a child, the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Even after ten or so years of not riding it still feels the same here

Came down from Leeds to ride the hills, only to find my sram wasn’t charged. Called the shop in desperation and they were very friendly and said it was ok to use a charger. Lovely people, very knowledgable. Shop is huge and well stocked. Highly recommended.

Received a friendly welcome when I walked in store and when I asked for assistance a lady called Rachel served me. Nothing was to much trouble, she was polite, professional and I can't praise her highly enough. She obviously enjoys her job and takes pride in giving excellent customer service. Always great when you meet someone who carries those values.
