Sadly, the beautiful tree outside our house had become overgrown, so the local authority arranged for ARB to come and reduce the tree. As you see from the photo, they did a splendid job. They introduced themselves before starting work and were very friendly and informative about the tree and the work as it progressed. After completion, they checked that we were happy with the way they had left the area, after they had cleaned up. Very Impressed. Whilst we did not engage ARB ourselves, so have no idea of their fees, I can highly recommend their work.

Quick response and kept in touch with messages, polite and friendly. Showed up on time and removed two trees and a huge amount of bamboo in a garden with no access except through the house. I thought the price was reasonable and would absolutely recommend thus company.

I had a problem with my beautiful old feature Apple. James could not be more helpful, he is a truly lovely genuine person.. He came out and then sent two of his brilliant team who were also friendly and helpful to assist. I can not thank them enough, they were extremely efficient and dealt with the matter in hand with true professionalism. I can not recommend them highly enough. They were a pleasure to work with. Trust me I’m fussy !

I can't recommend James and his team from ARB UK highly enough. James was quick to answer my request for help with an ancient apply tree which had a fungus problem. James and his team have carried out a number of packages of work for us. From initial consultation through to execution the work is always done to a very high standard. Their H&S standards are very good, which is not always the case with other tree surgeons we’ve used in the past.I’d definitely recommend their services.

Very skilled team, thoroughly professional work and excellent results from James and the team.He has cut back our lime trees beautifully here at Pembroke College making the Quad look stunning. He helped by removing a fallen (dangerous) tree for us at the Sports pavilion, and has gone the extra mile (literally!!!) by clearing an overgrown access road and even filling the potholes.Recommended.
