After a couple of sessions can always feel it in my muscles after. I can't wait to carry on my progress with Greg he's helping me become a better version of myself and showing me new exciting ways to keep fit and stay healthy!

Greg is a fantastic trainer, he tailors workouts according to my fitness goals. Each session he explains the exercises we are doing & consistently shows me new exercises & how to use gym equipment.I have achieved more in the gym over the last 3 weeks in our sessions than I thought was possible, my confidence in the gym has grown due to being supported so well by Greg.He is flexible and accommodating, very professional and approachable. He cares about meeting goals, achieving them at your own pace with lots of support and generally being really good at his job!I would highly recommend! ⭐️
