Absolute phenomenal service today . Miles (in parts) has really gone over and above to help me . Not only did he help me get the last set of chrome engine guards for my hubbys CB1100EX by taking them off display - Honda are no longer making them !He then found that a bracket was missing , sourced a black one as chrome not available and then had it sprayed silver ..... that is exceptional and he OFFERED to do this rather than me askingI look forward to dealing with you againBest wishes from rainy Wales5***

Great to have a Yamaha dealer in the Southampton area again. Good looking stock of both new and used bikes. Went for a service and MOT on my XSR700. Very efficient service with great communication throughout. Plenty of knowledgeable staff on hand. Will definitely avail myself of their services again.

Trading standards are investigating. Based on my experience do not trust this garage. I brought a bike from them and was lied too. The bike had a health check and they supplied a check sheet. However half of the check sheet wasn't actually checked. The bike had minimal coolant and break fluid, the rear break didn't work. They told me the chain and sprocket had been replaced but they only changed the chain for a cheap version that rusted in 2 weeks. They have been unhelpful rude and at one stage even hung up the phone on me. I have spent numerous hours at my cost chasing and rectifying the bike for work that I was told was completed prior to purchase. The Dealer principal doesn't care or want to know and I am referring my case to the NCS.Do not buy any used bikes from this company!!!

Fantastic professional dealer , I had an outstanding service provided by Tom on my purchase over the telephone with my Fireblade . Everything I asked was done and the bike was delivered up to York no hassle . I have purchased 33 bikes in my time and this was perfect . Tom made sure the bike was serviced and Tyres fitted and sorted out a minor issue very quickly with the brake levers . I will definitely recommend your dealer and will look forward to another purchase very soon . KeepUp the good work !

I was stranded with my '88 Africa Twin due to a flat tire. We were in a bit of a hurry as we needed to get to the ferry. These guys immediately fixed the tire and saved our trip. Very nice guys, reasonable prices and great service!
