Remodify - Reclaimed Wood Furniture

Myself and my wife were looking for a sustainable dining table, made from reclaimed wood, when we stumbled across Remodify. We didn't expect to find tables of such high quality, but are absolutely delighted with our purchase and how the wood looks. Would highly recommend!

Quality table and benches, great product made to measure and first class customer service!

The product is excellent and it looks beautiful but the customer service was terrible. Delayed by over two months for just a table and benches (5 months in total and they only make the wood tops). Numerous excuses, many of which should and could have been foreseen, last minute cancellations on delivery and constantly being told it was almost ready for months when evidently it was not. We were very patient but even after being told that a full refund would be given if the 3rd deadline (deadlines of their own making) was missed, we got a product which still couldn't be used for another week as it had to dry (and I think was slightly rushed, you can see some unsmoothed parts of excess varnish). This in reality is them missing their deadline but trying to avoid having to provide any sort of compensation for the excessive delays. Such a shame as the product and focus on sustainability is one which was a real draw. Andy himself was polite and clearly cares about his products but the situation was handled very poorly.

Ordered a table before Christmas and was absolutely delighted with the result. The table has plenty of character and has really completed our dining room. I was impressed with the quality, most notably the finish on the wood. Would certainly recommend. Many thanks.
