Was purchasing a property through KHP and got very close to completion before it fell through. Turns out they had marketed it again last minute as the vendor wanted a higher price but KHP didn’t even think about telling us. Emily outright lied to us when questioned about it. Brad and Julie also seemed to be dishonest. Cost us thousands of pounds in surveys and legal fees but they didn’t seem to care. No honesty or transparency. This is why estate agents have bad names.

We are absolutely delighted with the service, support and professionalism we received from the staff at KHP during the sale of our house in these challenging times.It was only a few days after the initial valuation and marketing of our property that the Covid-19 lockdown began. So things were put on hold for a short period, but we still received regular updates from KHP concerning any interest in our property.But as soon as the lockdown was lifted, Brad arranged for several potential buyers to view the house and it was with one of these initial viewers that he expertly negotiated an acceptable offer from.The whole process of the sale went extremely quickly and very smoothly, thanks to the team at KHP. I have to give KHP 5 stars!I tried to sell my house privately this year which ended with a great deal of stress due my then buyers pulling out 2 working days before we were due to exchange!I was sure we would lose the house we had offered on unless we could secure a quick sale. The team in the Kings Hill office pulled out all the stops and listed my house online that same day. They also arranged an open day for the following weekend and within a week had coordinated 15 viewings and achieved 4 offers.Excellent communication throughout by Tony, Be, and their team with a special thanks to Julie Dale.Competitive price and very professional. I throughly recommend KHP who's fee was worth every penny.PS. I will never attempt to sell privately again. Having to deal with time waisting pretend buyers who send endless messages is not worth the hassle, only to be completely let down at the last moment. The English house buying/selling process needs a proper shake up to make it quicker, less stressful and to put a stop to buyers/vendors pulling out!
