This was my first time doing pole fitness and my instructor Juanita was amazing! She was patient with me, broke down the movements for me until I felt confident to try them and was the best hype girl when I (almost) nailed them! I felt empowered and confident in my own skin. I look forward to going every Sunday now!

I had so much fun at Diva Flow beginners class. The instructor was fabulous and made me feel at ease. The atmosphere was really warm and welcoming. I'll be back for more pole!
