Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Placed an order for next day delivery. Did not arrive. Gave them another 24 hours grace period before emailing only for Bindi to be completely rude. Advised me the item was out of stock but didn't email me about this. Completely unprofessional way of handling a customer query. Would give minus 5 stars if I could.

Prompt friendly service by Bindi. Lightning fast despatch, out for next day delivery. Unfortunately the shipment was dropped off at the wrong address. Bindi was straight onto DPD on my behalf and problem solved.
