My Grandma lives in Nailsea and the team at Flower Bee have delivered beautiful Christmas and birthday bouquets to her for 2 years. They are always stunning, last ages and are very pleasant to deal with.

I'm giving 3 stars because I paid £200 for the red roses my fault for trying a new flower shop and not finding out the full details, but as you can see the difference between a £200 bunch and a £8 bunch you can buy from the shops I was expecting alot more for the money

Dreadful experience, poor flower arrangement and customer service. The awful person who answered the phone hung up on me when I called to complain about some flowers I ordered for Christmas which were orange and blue, looked half dead and the whole display was awful. No thanks

Such a lovely little florist. I came to visit some friends during a farmer's market weekend, and the two young ladies in the shop were so friendly! I bought some flowers for my friends as a thank you and we were all very impressed with not only the service but also the quality of the flowers- some lasted over 3 weeks! Highly recommend! And I will certainly be back!

Ordered some flowers and was told they would be delivered that day even late. Did not arrive or two days later. Left messages on answerphone but no one got back to me. Still waiting!

Lovely flower arrangement; a bit disappointed that they arrived a week early for our anniversary. Booked in advance (18 May) and requested a.m. delivery 7th June.....but arrived 31st May late afternoon.Would have been nice to have a sachet of flower food that you usually get.

I have ordered and received many bouquets of flowers with Flowerbee Florist. I absolutely love each order as they are all personalised and fresh - so last a very long time! I always try my best to support local businesses where I can. Also love their stunning gift range including plant hangers, vases - all very good quality.I would 110% recommend, fabulous flowers, beautiful gift ideas, brilliant service and really knowledgeable

I paid nearly £50 at lunchtime on Saturday for next day delivery.It is now 4 pm Monday and they still haven’t been delivered and the phone isn’t being answered.Do not use this company
