Amazing quality flour: rye, spelt, whole-wheat, white strong bread flour. Great prices. And what's the most important Nigel is kind, warm human- always asking if you want to go up the mill, any problems with sourdough- he knows best or will tell you where to find an answer.Best place of you're looking for organic flour and some knowledge about it.

Nigel Moon is a wonderful man, full of wit, stories and knowledge of his incredible working windmill. He's happy to show you around and you can buy freshly milled high quality flour which he sources from organic farms as local as possible.

Gem of a place! Called for a look at just before 9am and although early Nigel the Miller still came out and opened up so we could see it properly. This is a working mill and Nigel is a lovely man, very friendly and informative, eeking a living from this marvelous tucked away little place. We'll worth gettg a bit dusty for!

Visited this mill many times over the years since Nigel bought and restored it. All flour organic and certainly ground by stones (unlike some other mills) usually wind but with electric back up. Slightly alarmed by the incorrect statement by another reviewer about a plate mill and seeing no mill stone (clearly blind or ignorant?), I've never see one on site let alone Nigel using one! The mill only has 4 pairs of stones on the stone floor (same as balcony) for grinding!

What a fantastic and magical place. I went and met Nigel this morning and learnt so much, coming away with top quality flour, the best of the best. 100% worth a visit, a very special place.

A wonderful experience for 3 generations - we were all fascinated by the whole process and the patience and kindness Nigel showed to us, especially in answering questions from the children. We are now looking forward to baking cakes and bread with the bags of flour we brought.
