Broke my phone screen then called my girlfriend a lier saying she broke it and laughed at her. Stay away from this.

My wife was browsing and the man in the shop was very persistent in telling my wife get a new case, snatched her phone and put another case on it and threw her old one away.I will be emailing owner after this review.DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.Wouldn’t give any stars, but unfortunately have to give one

I go there regularly when I need upgrades to my phones safety i.e cases and screen protection. Recently bought a Samsung S23 Ultra so popped down to get myself a silicone case. Great work and craftsmanship as always. Thanks again guys.

Do not give them business. Very unprofessional, attitude, disgusting approach to customers. Demanded money for work, not approved by myself. Reported them to the head office.

Unfortunately can't give zero stars. Went to the store to see what cases they have for the new Samsung and put case on phone and asked me for £15 . Told the man who refused to listen as didn't want to spend that much put another case on which was cheaper but then tried putting protective screen glass on and tried charging me £20 . When I told him no he said you might damage it so you need one. This got me annoyed as he wouldn't listen and was very pushy. I took the phone from him took his case off and said your not listening to me the customer and went to walk out. I then heard the manager say OK you can have screen cover for free in which I laughed and said bye . I then heard someone say from behind no no let him go .KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THIS STORE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE just after your money. Wife left freitened

Abysmal store and staff. Completely discriminatory and unprofessional. Would NOT recommend. their level of professionalism is beyond poor, purely disrespectful. And if you’re black just stay away as the staff member will treat you like an animal at the zoo and ask to Pet you and your hair. A DISGUSTING ENCOUNTER! if i could rate this worse than 1 star, i would.

Had my screen fixed a couple of months back and was reassured that they would fix it if there were any issues with it again, a month later started facing minor issues but ignored it as they weren’t a bother, yesterday the touch wouldn’t work at all, went to have it fixed with them but the owner stated he would charge £100 and that we must’ve dropped the phone and that it was our fault. He was very rude and we saw him treat other customers with disrespect as well. I took the phone back, going to get it fixed elsewhere. Never visiting again.
