Called Prime Locksmith in a state of emergency at 7.30pm. Sam arrived in under 20 minutes. Great friendly service and managed to change two locks to get us back in the house without any damage. Went above and beyond and gave us a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Excellent service!Got locked out late at night. Tried calling a few that claim 24/7 but only Sam at Prime Locksmith answered. Arrived in 20min, changed the lock quickly with no damage, a very professional service.Sam was very friendly and reassuring with good advice and loads of patience.Highly recommended!

Sam attended within an hour of my call on a Sunday lunchtime and had my lock repaired within a few minutes. This involved snapping and removing a faulty euro cylinder and replacing it with a new cylinder. Sam was very upfront about what the potential causes of the problem were, and what each of them would cost to repair - in the end it was just the cylinder, and the total bill was £85. I will definitely be calling Sam again if I have any problems with my locks in future.
