You have to give credit when credit is due.I ordered a small rose box in November '22 and due to the post strike it was lost/not delivered. I have been very sceptical because the internet is full of scams but these guys were so nice and resolved it for me. The rose box is absolutely beautiful and I would order again. These velvet rose boxes are so amazingly beautiful! Came well packaged in a “fragile” box and the quality is of great standard. I immediately purchased another one for my sister and she received it the day after I ordered despite me choosing 2-5 days! Amazing - would definitely order again
