Fantastic customer service from Goodechip! Website was super easy to navigate, and Billy was very helpful with my decision of which size logs would be best for our log burner. After I placed the order, Billy texted me and gave me the ETA for our log delivery. Needless to say, we enjoyed a lovely fire last night with the superb kiln dried logs from Goodechip. Thank you Billy for going above and beyond.

Excellent customer service, Goodechip supply only the best hardwood logs that burn well and produce plenty of heat. The delivery team are really helpful and always drop the logs in the place I want them. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are reasonable priced too which is a bonus, I certainly would not go anywhere else for my logs.

Just got our logs for winter, and as usual perfect service, the logs are always delivered in a tonne sack with Velcro around it, so if you over order you can easily store them in the bag.The logs themselves are bone dry, I put a moisture meter on them and they are more dry than cls that you buy from the builders merchants for building stud walls.Lighting them is effortless, and they burn so clean and hot with very little ash.We’ve used billy for 5/6 years now and wouldn’t get logs anywhere else, top man and top serviceThanks

Great service. Large bag of 8 inch logs delivered to underneath our car port on the day of ordering from their website. Freebies thrown in as was our first order. Superb quality kiln dried logs; burn very well in our log burner.

I cannot stress enough how good these guys are. The quality of the logs is incredible, they burn super hot and long. More than that though the customer service is excellent. We had a heating system breakdown and I called asking for logs ASAP, my call was answered despite Billy being on holiday and he and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful, my logs arrived within a couple of hours. Absolutely top service!

Moved to Thirsk 3 years ago and one of my presets was a log burner introduced to Billly and the team, best move ever. I'm a stickler for both way customer service and you get it 100% never let me down and honest and truthful. I wouldn't use anyone else.. if your new to the area need advice and some damb good logs,,, he's your man. Can't rate high enough. Superb

Today is the 10th of March 2023 and what a covering of snow we had... Feet not inches up here. Yet the day after ordering our kiln dried logs they were delivered to within feet of our door, Fantastic service.

Goodechip is a fantastic business, and I can highly recommend!The logs themselves are of an excellent burn - they burn long and hot, which is not something I'm used to with bags of logs. Usually it's one or the other!Billy, who runs the firewood side of the business, is an excellent person and a delight to chat to. We had a great chat while he was carrying and stacking the logs (I can highly recommend getting that service, too). He really couldn't do enough for us, causally clearing up some debris from when we had our log-burner installed.One thing I like is that everything log-related seems to be Billy's domain. It's the same person who answers the phone, messages you about delivery times, and delivers the logs. I mean, maybe that's not always the case - I've only had two deliveries so far - but Goodechip doesn't feel like a big, faceless company. They feel like a genuine family-run business. Based on how the log side is run, they'll be my first port-of-call for their gardening or woodchip services too.Side note - Billy stacked the logs to be higher at the back, so there were some totally dry that were accessible should it have been raining. I rearranged them to see if I could add the kindling shelf that came with the log store. I'll probably put it back later instead!All in all, I can highly recommend this business.
