Not sure what the fuss was about but this owner was kind and extremely helpful to my wife and I on our quick trip here. We are traveling throughout the UK and stopped here for a wash before we head north. The owner educated us on his laundromat and offered change easily when we didn't have enough to dry. Place is older but is well taken care of. Would recommend easily. All that was needed was a greeting and proper conversation. Cheers.

Owner is a nice bloke. I paid £50 for roughly 18kg of clothes to be washed (full large luggage), dried and folded. I would have done it myself but didn't have cash to use on the machines.

Friendly, extremely helpful and kind! We were in a pinch to get some laundry done before switching cities. Massoud offered us drop off service and in the time we spent having breakfast at a local restaurant he recommended plus a quick walk about, our laundry was clean, dry, folded and ready to go! Far more engaging and enjoyable than any pick up service we've seen! Highly recommend!

The gentleman working (possibly the owner) was extremely kind and welcoming. I have been solo traveling for six weeks and just arrived in London. My accommodations didn’t have a laundry facility, so I searched nearby laundromats and was lucky to come across Barbican! He was also patient in giving change as it was my first time using British currency. He was pleasant to chat with and gave a great first impression of the city. I chose to do self service, but dry cleaning drop off services are also available. Highly recommended!

Was desperate for clean clothes and am grateful to have come across this place. It was great to have the owner there as this was my first time using a laundrette and I was short on coins and detergent. He was very helpful and friendly at each step, and it felt safer to have the owner on site.

This place was great for us. We’ve been travelling around the UK, and while staying in London close to the Barbican we needed a quick and easy launderette to wash and dry just one load of dirty clothes. The proprietor was very helpful and friendly, and he was able to get us set up with machines (and soap) so we were able to get the washing all done quickly and cheaply. He even lent us coins to get the drying started while my wife was out getting cash, to save us time. I highly recommend this launderette!

Really nice experience at this launderette. I had been traveling and was so tired of paying hotel prices for laundry but I also had no desire to spend time on it. So I walked here and did the drop off same-day service for regular laundry. 3 1/2 hrs later (and at a reasonable price) I picked up a beautiful smelling large bag of nicely folded clothes all taken care of by the shop which left me free to sightsee and enjoy my day in London. Very near lots of London sites so it was a perfect solution!

Very kind and friendly owners. Helped explain the machines and process to me. Made change for the machines. Didn't take me long to wash and dry what would be three loads of laundry at my home. Clean with friendly patrons. Easy walk from my hotel and easy to locate using Google maps. Would recommend to others.

Amazing service very friendly and happy to help with giving change and even helped explained the machines extra, 3rd visit this month and wouldn't go anywhere else as the place is perfect and easy to access while we are here
